Radhuni Kala Bhuna Masala (Beef)
80 gm Radhuni Kala Bhuna Masala (Beef) in Beef – 500 half kilo
Ginger paste- 1 tablespoon
Garlic paste- 1 tablespoon
Red chili powder- 1 tablespoon
Turmeric powder- half tablespoon
Radhuni kabab masala- 1 tablespoon
Ground black pepper- half teaspoon
Garam masala powder- 1 teaspoon
Sour curd- 2 tablespoon
White mustard seed powder- 1 tablespoon
Green papaya paste (with skin)- 1 teaspoon
Salt – as per taste
Finely sliced onions- 1 cup
Oil for frying
PROCESS
Except for oil and onion, amass the entire ingredients to the meat and let marinate for minimum 4-5 hours (overnight is best).
(Do not grow the marinade to the oil, use tongs to individually pick taking place the meat and increase hot oil) Heat oil and fry the meat until it is fried and lightly crispy, meat should see toasted in description too but not overly fried, along with merger onions and fry until onions are browned. Serve to admire gone paratha or rice.
